Our DTF Transfers have been specially formulated to produce great results on a variety of products. When it comes to pressing DTF Transfers, there is no “one size fits all” solution, so it is important to test before going to production.
We have done extensive testing with a variety of fabrics, caps, promotional items and hard goods to come up with the best temperature/time combinations to press your transfers with excellent results. Although we do not recommend using a cover sheet, depending on the age and condition of your heat press, it may be necessary.
Make sure to calibrate your heat press with a quality temperature gun. The reading on your display and reading on your temperature gun should match.
Pressure– Medium
Temperature– 300-310 Degrees
Time 1st Press– Press for 7-10 Seconds and cold peel film
Time 2nd Press– Press for 5-10 Seconds
Pro Tip- When pressing hoodies use lighter pressure and start at 260 Degrees Fahrenheit for 7 seconds.
